My kids were growing up, and I wanted a career. I love the idea of construction, but I had no experience. I was a homeschool parent for 20 years, and going straight into construction was a challenge.
There was no training available at the time so I taught myself. Being a problem solver and teacher by nature, I knocked on the door of every supplier and contractor I could find for information.
Ove the past 10 years I learned a tremendous amount about the industry an created the ConstructionTrade School as a place to learn and share information about our industry.

NARI General Contractor 2009-Present
At 22 years old I needed a direction in life. College was too slow and I wanted to live my life to the fullest. The ability to grow and achieve a certain lifestyle was my drive. I hoped to do more than just get by and have my work provide me with a good life and ability to support a family in the future.
Construction had unlimited potential and the recent loss of workers in the industry made it easy to jump in. My strength was in construction management so I focused on being the best.
I became a Project Manager then a trainer at CTS. At 25 years old, I was hired to manage the school as the CEO. Now I'm in a position to help others achieve their dreams.
